Challenge

The customer requested the addition of various new variants to their existing Valvestacker line. The challenge was to incorporate these new variants into the current system without disrupting ongoing operations. The existing setup needed to be modified to handle the increased complexity, and the production line required upgrades to accommodate both old and new variants efficiently.

Developing a Solution

HAHN Automation Group brought the previous line back to their facility, where a new station was designed and integrated into the existing setup. The team refurbished and reorganized the existing cells, incorporating new tooling to handle the new variants. Additionally, the sequence was reprogrammed to account for both old and new variants, ensuring a smooth, efficient operation across the entire line.
